Todd D. Kantorczyk will moderate a telebriefing on Pennsylvania's new Marcellus Shale legislation, Act 13 of 2012. Joining Kantorczyk will be Terry Bossert, Esq., Senior VP of Environment and Government Affairs for Chief Oil & Gas. Kantorczyk and Bossert will discuss the implications of these new provisions of the Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Act, including the enhanced environmental and safety provisions, the imposition of an "impact fee" and issues related to local control over natural gas operations.
