Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), an environmental, litigation, energy, and land use law firm is pleased to announce that Sean Fahy has joined the firm as a litigation associate. He was formerly an attorney advisor in the Office of Civil Enforcement at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. During his time at EPA, Sean assisted with the enforcement of nationally significant Clean Water Act (CWA) and Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) cases including through the preparation of litigation and enforcement related documentation such as complaints, requests for production, and referrals to the Department of Justice.
