Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP partners Jonathan Spergel and Michael Meloy presented “Regulatory Issues Associated with Emerging Contaminants” at the Spring Conference of the American Institute of Professional Geologists on Friday, April 21. They focused their presentation on emerging contaminants such as perflourinated compounds (PFCs), pharmaceuticals, endocrine disruptors and nanoparticles and how they are regulated under federal, state and common laws.
