Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox partners Todd D. Kantorczyk and Katherine L. Vaccaro presented on "Legal Perspective on Oil and Gas Air Quality and Compliance Developments". Their program was part of the Marcellus Shale Coalition's Virtual Air Quality Compliance Reporting and Testing Training held virtually late last month.
Requirements for natural gas air quality compliance, reporting and testing have significantly changed over the past few years. Kantorczyk and Vaccaro provided a detailed overview of legal developments related to air quality compliance under evolving state and federal programs, and issues concerning self-audits and disclosures.
