On November 2, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection published a notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin announcing that it finalized its new management of fill policy.[1] The policy is a culmination of work that the DEP began in 2014, and represents a comprehensive overhaul of the existing version of the policy that has been in effect since 2004, with minor changes in 2010.
